BPO/MSR Coordinator

Position Currently Filled

This position involves researching property data, tracking REO sales and agent activity and processing monthly reports for foreclosure properties. Daily activities include preparation and submission of monthly and quarterly reports in both Word Doc and online forms as required by our clients.  Extensive data research, input and tracking.  Editing, uploading and filing and manipulation of property photos. High level of accuracy is required.

We are looking for someone with competent computer skills using Microsoft Word, Excel,  Outlook, Multiform, ACT! and other software.

The position is part or full time, we allow flex schedules between 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. We provide a very accommodating work environment.  Because of the volume of closings that we handle, we demand a very high level quality of service (QOS) to our clients.

The pay range is $9.00 to $13.00 per hour plus an incentive paid weekly for each successful closing.  A 90 day probationary period may be extended if needed. All staff positions are at will.

Full time staff earn one week paid vacation after one year, and two weeks after two years.  Personal/sick days are accrued at 1/2 day per month.  Vacation and personal/sick days do not carry over.  We offer paid holidays and your birthday as well.

We do not offer health, dental or optical insurance at this time.

Closing Coordinator

Position Currently Filled

This position involves processing the sale of our foreclosure and private client real estate properties. Position involves buyer, title and mortgage follow-up, tracking of city pre-sale inspections dates and reports, scheduling: utility transfers, final water readings, walk-throughs, and setting closings, procurement of closing documents and funds. In addition, position will involve answering phones, sending and responding to emails, preparation and submission of weekly reports as required by our clients.

We are looking for someone with competent phone and computer skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook,  QuickBooks Pro, and ACTamong others.

The position is part or full time, we allow flex schedules between 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. We provide a very accommodating work environment.  Because of the volume of closings that we handle, we demand a very high level quality of service (QOS) to our clients.

The pay range is $10.00 to $15.00 per hour plus a performance incentive paid weekly for each successful closing.  A 90 day probationary period may be extended if needed. All staff positions are at will.

We offer one week paid vacation after one year, two weeks after two years.  Personal/sick days are accrued at 1/2 day per month.  All vacation and personal/sick days are lost at the end of the year if not used.  We offer paid holidays and your birthday as well.

Billing Manager

We are looking to add a new member to our team to secure and process incoming contractor invoices, final utility and water bills for payment to our clients.  In addition, position will involve preparation and submission of weekly and monthly forms as required by our clients. This position involves processing listing paperwork for all new incoming foreclosure properties,  as well as, maintaining our current listing inventory with price reductions and current status info.  In addition, position will involve updating the staff and websites with all new listing and price change info.

We are looking for someone with competent phone and computer skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook,  QuickBooks Pro, and ACTamong others.

The position is part or full time, we allow flex schedules between 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. We provide a very accommodating work environment.  Because of the volume of closings that we handle, we demand a very high level quality of service (QOS) to our clients.
