There are several types of inspections normally conducted during the process of selling a home.  The most common inspections are listed below
  • Private Inspection - Conducted for the buyer to learn the condition of the intended residential or commercial property
  • Phase One Environmental - Conducted by the buyer to determine underground risk factors for commercial properties
  • Termite Inspection - Conducted for the buyer to verify the existence or lack of wood destroying insects in the property.
  • Pre-Sale Inspection - Required by certain municipalities in order to determine the existence of code violations
  • Furnace Certification - Salt Test - Carbon Monoxide Test - Required by certain municipalities in order to determine safety of the HVAC system
  • Well & Septic - Required by certain county health departments in order to determine the safety of the drinking water and functionality of the septic system
